Returns and Refunds
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with your purchase, unused item may be returned within 15 working days from the date of receipt of goods.
1) To request the replacement of items Customer must click on the icon that appears Delivered within their personal profile, in the special section 'My Orders', and follow the instructions or send an e-mail to info @ chirulli.com
2) In the Mail you have to specify the codes of the items you wish to return and the desired compensation: CHANGE SIZE, COLOR CHANGE, REDEMPTION, GOOD PURCHASE. Once you have received the return request, CHIRULLISHOP.COM will send to the customer a written confirmation containing the number of return authorization. (RAN)
3) The shipping costs to return the items, and any other relevant amount are at customer's expense.

5) The package travel at customer's risk.
6) Do not remove security tag on returned items. The items should not be worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of the shoes should be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
7) Each item must be returned with all tags, packaging and accessories (hangers, garment covers, boxes, etc etc)
8) The returned items must be shipped inside the box Chirulli Ltd.
9) CHIRULLISHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by courier other than that indicated in the mail with instructions to return.
10) If the return does not comply with all terms and conditions of CHIRULLISHOP.COM policy; we will not accept 'the returned items and they will be returned to the address of the original sender.
11) If the Customer requests a refund by CHIRULLISHOP.COM, the same will be made by crediting the credit card of the customer (if the same has paid with a credit card) or credit Pay Pal (if you have paid via Pay Pal) or bank transfer (if you have paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery). Such refund may be visible on the statement of the credit card or bank account of the customer after 30 days from the date of repayment.

For parcels sent back to countries outside the European Community, the compensation for the return will be limited to the refund or issuance of a voucher. The return fees and the postal duties are at the expense of the customer. You can not change the returned product with a different item, make a change in size or color. If the customer is interested in making a change of size / color, he has to place aother order.
