Returns and Refunds

 

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he can exercise the right of withdrawal for items (unworn) no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

1) The Customer must necessarily return the goods no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it was communicated the will to make the return, by express courier or Italian post, with traceable shipment, at the address CHIRULLI SRL - C.SO MESSAPIA, 35 - 74015 Martina Franca (TA) - ITALY.

2) To request the return of the items, just click on the "Request a refund" icon that appears in your personal profile, in the private section 'MY ORDERS'  and follow the instructions or send an e-mail to info@chirulli.com


3) In the email must be specified the codes of the items that you intend to return and the desired compensation: CHANGE SIZE, COLOR CHANGE, REFUND, VOUCHER PURCHASE. Upon receipt of the return request, CHIRULLISHOP.COM will send the customer a written confirmation, containing the return authorization and instructions.


4) Shipping costs for returning items are generally free in Italy, except in the period of sales and on all items purchased at a discount, including those in the OUTLET section.

5) The package travels at the risk of the Customer, with a courier chosen by the same.


6) The security seal on returned items shall not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no signs of any kind.


7) Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories (hangers, clothes covers, boxes, etc.)


8) Returns must be shipped inside the box CHIRULLI SRL


9) CHIRULLISHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by couriers other than that indicated in the email with the return instructions.

10) If the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the return policy CHIRULLISHOP.COM will not accept the returned goods and will be returned to the original sender address.


11) If the Customer requests a refund from CHIRULLISHOP.COM, the same will be credited to the Customer’s credit card (if the Customer has paid by credit card) or credited Pay Pal (if the Customer has paid by Pay Pal) or bank transfer (if the Customer has paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The credit may be visible on the credit card statement or on the Customer’s Bank Account after about 30 days from the date of refund.

For parcels returned from countries outside the European Community, the compensation for the return will be limited to a refund or the issuance of a purchase voucher and the return and postal charges are borne by the Customer. It is not possible to change the returned product with a different item, make a change of size or color. If the Customer is interested in making a change size/ color must place a new order.
